This Shipping Policy explains how delivery works for orders placed through Cases & Clues.
1. Order processing
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually dispatched on working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
During busy periods, including seasonal promotions, Black Friday, Christmas and Valentine’s Day, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
2. UK delivery
UK orders are usually sent using a tracked delivery service.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, seasonal demand or other circumstances outside our control.
3. International delivery
Where international delivery is available, delivery times and prices will be shown at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local charges. These are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
