Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 19 May 2026

Cases & Clues is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible shopping experience for all customers.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use our website, including people using assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, keyboard navigation and voice recognition software.

1. Our accessibility goal

We aim to follow recognised accessibility best practice, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, commonly known as WCAG. WCAG 2.2 covers recommendations for making web content more accessible.

Our goal is to work towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably possible.

2. What we are doing

We aim to:

  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Use clear headings and page structure
  • Maintain readable colour contrast
  • Support keyboard navigation where possible
  • Make text readable and scalable
  • Write content in clear language
  • Improve compatibility with assistive technologies
  • Review and improve accessibility as our website develops

3. Ongoing improvements

We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review our website and aim to fix accessibility barriers where identified.

Some third-party apps, embeds or checkout features may be provided by external platforms. Where possible, we choose tools and services that support accessibility.

4. Feedback and contact

If you experience difficulty using any part of our website, please contact us:

support@casesandclues.co.uk

Please include:

  • The page or feature you were trying to use
  • What went wrong
  • The device, browser or assistive technology you were using, if relevant

We will do our best to help and, where reasonable, provide information or support through an alternative accessible method.
